Sarnia police attended the scene of a automobile collision on the intersection of George Avenue and Christina Avenue North Wednesday morning.
In keeping with police, a 69-year-old male pedestrian was struck close to the intersection by a pickup truck.
He was transported by Lambton EMS to hospital with life-threatening accidents.
The male driver of the pickup truck was unhurt.
