A Sarnia man is baffled that college students at an elementary college close to his home had been outdoors enjoying at 11 a.m. on Monday.
Jay Gudrie, who lives on Montcalm Avenue, tells Sarnia Information As we speak it was something however silent in his neighbourhood on November 11 as he marked Remembrance Day.
