Lots of of Sarnia residents, with poppies proudly pinned to their chests, stood in silence throughout the annual Remembrance Day service at Veterans Park.
The color celebration left the Royal Canadian Legion on Entrance St. at 10:30 a.m. for the downtown procession to the park.
Deacon David Cummings delivered the November 11 handle to the big crowd.
