To assist increase consciousness and assist those that have been affected by gender-based violence, the Chatham-Kent Ladies’s Shelter held its inaugural Shine the Gentle occasion.

In an effort to assist, Ladies United, a philanthropic community inside United Approach, has donated $20,000 to the Chatham-Kent Trauma Assist Program.
The Chatham-Kent Trauma Assist Program, which is run by the Ladies’s Shelter, provides providers that handle the distinctive wants of ladies and youngsters who’ve survived bodily, emotional, and sexual abuse.
Lorraine Goddard the CEO of United Approach Windsor-Essex Chatham-Kent mentioned the group is honoured to assist this program.
