A 17-year-old boy has been charged in reference to a collision in Richmond Hill that killed one teen and injured six others earlier this month, police say.
York Regional Police say they responded to a single motorcar collision within the space of Bayview Avenue and Bethesda Sideroad on the morning of Aug. 17, in response to a information launch issued Wednesday.
