Investigators with the York Regional Police Maintain-Up Unit are looking for two suspects and are interesting for witnesses after a carjacking within the Metropolis of Markham.
On November 3, 2024, at roughly 7 p.m., police responded to the stories of a carjacking within the space of Warden Avenue and Main Mackenzie Drive. The sufferer was rear ended by the suspect Honda sedan. When he exited to examine the harm, he was confronted by two suspects armed with firearms. One suspect stole the sufferer’s Lexus, whereas the opposite fled within the suspect Honda.
There have been no reported accidents.
Each suspects are described as male, carrying all black clothes.
The investigation is ongoing and police wish to communicate to anybody with video surveillance or dashcam footage within the space on the time of the incident.
