York Regional Police say they’re trying to converse with witnesses after a single-vehicle collision in Richmond Hill noticed seven youths taken to space hospitals with various accidents.
Based on a press release issued Sunday morning, officers say they responded to a name a couple of crash within the space of Bayview Avenue and Bethesda Sideroad, simply east of Lake Wilcox, at round 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Officers stated they arrived on the scene and located a car trapped in a ditch with the youths inside.
The circumstances surrounding the incident and the moments main as much as it weren’t instantly clear.
Nevertheless, police have confirmed that a number of accidents had been reported and two occupants had been transported to a trauma centre with life-threatening accidents. The opposite occupants of the car had been taken to a neighborhood hospital.
Officers say three of the youths sustained severe accidents and two have minor accidents.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
