Saugeen Shores Police are advising residents of Port Elgin a convicted {sex} offender is now residing within the space.
Police say they’re issuing the advisory as a precaution. In a launch, the service says 40-year-old Mark Anthony Windrim resides within the Woodland Drive space and has a number of convictions associated to kids together with charges stemming from an incident in February.
Situations of Windrim’s launch embrace not going to any public park, public swimming space, daycare, schoolyard, playground, group centre, and no communication with anybody below the age of 16.
He’s to remain on the Woodland Drive deal with until he’s escorted by his surety.
Police are additionally warning people who Windrim has rights protected by the Constitution of Rights and Freedoms and police will “shield these rights if they’re infringed.”
