A 25-year-old man has been charged with second-degree homicide after allegedly killing his mom on Sunday morning in Pickering, say police.

The incident occurred on Weyburn Sq. close to Foxwood Path, which is west of Whites Street and north of Sheppard Avenue East.

Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) mentioned they have been referred to as to that space at about 5:10 a.m.
