Toronto Police have started a homicide investigation after finding a body shortly after midnight in Pickering.
The body was located early Friday morning in a suitcase near Whites Road and Highway 401, as reported by sources. The case has been handed over to the homicide unit.
No additional information about the identity of the deceased or the reason Toronto Police took over the investigation has been shared.
