Durham Regional Police investigators allege a person assaulted two officers throughout an arrest in Pickering on Sunday.
Police had been known as on Oct. 20 at round 9 p.m. after stories {that a} suspicious man was knocking on doorways within the Mockingbird Sq. and Mourning Dove Lane space.
When officers arrived they situated the person and decided he was needed on numerous arrest warrants in one other area.
After they tried to take him into custody on these warrants, he allegedly assaulted two officers.
Each had been later assessed by paramedics for minor accidents.
Joseph Milligan, 30, of no fastened handle, is charged with two counts of assault with intent to withstand arrest.
“He was released on an undertaking and transferred to another police service for his outstanding warrants,” a police launch states.
