Earthquakes Canada detected a 3.7 magnitude quake north of Toronto just before 11 p. m. on Tuesday.
The earthquake occurred around 23 kilometres southeast of Orillia, Ont., and 99 kilometres northeast of Toronto. It struck at 10:59 p. m. and had a depth of five kilometres.
According to Earthquakes Canada, there were no reports of damage, and “none would be expected” since it was “lightly felt.”
