On July 12, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) acquired a number of requires an “erratic driver” on Freeway 7 east of Perth.
Simply after 7:00 p.m., officers discovered the car. The motive force was arrested and transported to the Lanark OPP detachment for testing.
Marissa Steacy, 33, was charged with:
Operation whereas impaired – alcohol
Operation whereas impaired – blood alcohol focus (80 plus)
Steacy’s licence is suspended for 90 days and the car impounded for seven days.
She is scheduled to look within the Ontario Courtroom of Justice in Perth in mid August.
