Ontario Provincial Police say a 16-year-old has been charged with second-degree homicide after a 15-year-old boy was discovered deceased in Perth, Ont. Friday afternoon.

The sufferer has been recognized as Reese Stanzel of Perth. The OPP confirmed in an e mail the sufferer was male.

Police have been known as to the world of North Avenue North and Sherbrooke Avenue East simply earlier than 3 p.m. After they arrived on the scene, they positioned a deceased individual.
