A driver who was involved in a crash with a farm tractor has been charged with impaired driving.
As per the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police, shortly after 8 p. m. on November 20, they received a traffic complaint about a commercial vehicle.
When officers were searching for the suspect vehicle, they discovered that a farm tractor had been struck by a vehicle on Perth Line 26 near Perth Road 110.
The police found the commercial vehicle and charged the 54-year-old driver from Central Huron with impaired driving and dangerous driving.
Fortunately, no one was hurt in the incident.
The accused has been released from custody and is set to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on January 5, 2026.
