A driver involved in a crash with a farm tractor has been charged for impaired driving.
According to the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police, shortly after 8 p. m. on November 20, they received a report about a commercial motor vehicle.
Officers were searching for the suspect vehicle when they discovered that a farm tractor had been struck by another vehicle on Perth Line 26 near Perth Road 110.
Police found the commercial motor vehicle and charged the 54-year-old driver from Central Huron with impaired driving and dangerous driving.
Fortunately, no one was hurt in the incident.
The accused was released from custody and is set to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on January 5, 2026.
