Ontario’s police watchdog has ended its investigation of a collision that injured a 76-year-old driver in Perth in Could.

In a report launched Wednesday, the Particular Investigations Unit stated there have been no cheap grounds that an Ontario Provincial Police officer had dedicated an offence in reference to the collision.
