An Ottawa driver faces $10,000 in fines and is banned from driving for 2 years after being noticed going 134 km/h over the pace restrict on Freeway 174.
Ottawa Police say an officer noticed a BMW travelling at 234 km/h in a 100 km/h zone on Freeway 174 close to Blair Street on Sept. 20.
