A girl has died and two individuals had been injured after a single-vehicle crash in Lanark Highlands on Saturday afternoon, based on Ontario Provincial Police.
Police say the crash occurred in a rural space on Black Creek Street close to Loves Street, about 100 kilometres west of Ottawa at round 3:20 p.m.
A small sedan-type car was discovered to have rolled over onto its roof and one of many occupants was trapped inside.
Emergency companies on the scene discovered a 41-year-old woman with severe accidents who was later pronounced lifeless on the scene, based on police.
Two others had been taken to hospital with minor accidents.
The investigation into what led to the crash is ongoing by OPP and the Chief Coroner of Ontario.
Roads within the space had been closed for about seven hours on Saturday and have since reopened.
