Ontario Provincial Police have laid charges towards two youth who allegedly shot at properties in South Frontenac Township with an airsoft pistol.
Police say witnesses reported seeing a black pick-up truck stopping at a resident on Ellergeck Highway locally of Harrowsmith, positioned 30 kilometres north of Kingston, at roughly 9 p.m. on Monday.
