Ontario Provincial Police say an OC Transpo bus driver was charged with careless driving after a three-vehicle crash on Freeway 417 in Ottawa.
Police say the crash occurred at round 1 p.m. on Sunday close to Metcalfe Avenue. CTV Ottawa cameras present a bus, a pickup truck and a van had been concerned within the crash.
OPP spokesperson Michael Fathi says there have been minor accidents reported however nobody was taken to hospital.

An announcement from Richard Holder, OC Transpo’s director of rail building, says the bus was out of service on the time and no passengers had been on board. The operator was assessed on the scene and launched.

A police investigation is ongoing.
