Ontario Tech College will hand out greater than 330 levels and rejoice the achievements and milestones of its latest alumni at Fall Convocation on Thursday, October 17 on the Regent Theatre in downtown Oshawa.
Two honourary doctorate levels may also be awarded to a few individuals who “embody the university’s vision, mission and values” and for his or her excellent scholarly and public service contributions to the varsity and to the group.
The college will rejoice graduates from the schools of Training, Engineering & Utilized Science, and Well being Sciences at a ceremony at 9:30 a.m. and award levels from the schools of Enterprise & Info Know-how, Science and Social Science & Humanities at 2 p.m.

Dr. Alan Shephard

Shepard, the eleventh President and Vice-Chancellor of Western College, established Western’s Workplace of Indigenous Initiatives, drove creation of the college’s Workplace of Fairness, Variety, and Inclusion and invested within the recruitment of Black and Indigenous college and helped fund 75 new scholarships for Black and Indigenous college students.
