Police in Durham Area say a 41-year-old man has been charged with homicide after his spouse was discovered injured Sunday in an Oshawa dwelling and later pronounced deceased.
Police say officers have been referred to as to the house round 12:30 a.m. the place they discovered a 48-year-old woman affected by “obvious signs of trauma.”
Emergency officers carried out life-saving measures on the girl and he or she was taken to a Toronto-area trauma centre the place she was pronounced deceased.
Her husband is in police custody and faces a first-degree homicide cost.
