This might indicate a shift in the real estate market, as none of these properties were sold for significantly less than their asking prices, with three out of five actually selling for more than what was expected.
Topping the list is a one-bedroom condo right in downtown Oshawa at 44 Bond St. W., which sold on December 17 for $270,000. The apartment features an oversized south-facing terrace that lets in plenty of natural light and has a practical layout with options to personalize it.
