Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions “Campaign Organizers” refers to individuals raising funds, while “Campaigns” refers to their fundraising efforts. Additionally, “Donors” means those contributing funds , and “Donations” represents their contributions. Campaign Organizers , Donors , and other visitors are collectively referred to as “Users”. The term “Campaign Organizers” also includes anyone designated as a beneficiary of Campaigns.
Services: The Services serve as a platform (the “Platform”) for Users of our Services. Among other features , these Services allow Campaign Organizers to post Campaigns on the Platform where they can receive Donations from Donors. While there’s no fee for setting up Campaigns , a portion of each Donation will be taken as fees for our services along with those from third-party payment processors. The Company reserves all rights concerning modifications or discontinuation of services either temporarily or permanently with or without notice. You agree that we’re not liable for any modification, suspension , or discontinuance thereof. The Company has no responsibility regarding deletion, failure to store data , or content maintained by our Services. If you access through a mobile device, your wireless carrier’s standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply. Certain aspects may also be restricted by your carrier, and not every Service works with every carrier or device. By using our services, you agree we may communicate with you via SMS, MMS, text messages , or other electronic means on your mobile device regarding Company matters. Charitable Giving: Keep in mind that Campaigns aren’t charities where tax-deductible contributions can be made. Any Donation processed through our Platform may involve an unrelated business partner collecting processing fees along with ours(Front Runner Professional Fee). It’s understood that Company isn’t a charity nor does it solicit charitable donations either for itself or another third-party institution – we’re simply acting as facilitators for Donations.
Administrative Platform Only: Our Services function solely as an administrative platform. The Company is only facilitating payments between Campaign Organizers and Donors – we aren’t involved in agreements between them whatsoever. We’re not brokers , agents , financial institutions , creditors nor insurers for users involved here. Since we lack control over conduct by Campaign Organizers, we disclaim all liability related thereto. We expressly state we aren’t responsible if campaigns succeed/fail. Donors must decide on making Contributions at their own discretion. They should inquire about both Campaign Organizers & respective campaigns beforehand. All Donations remain voluntary & done so at donor risk. Company doesn’t guarantee Donation usage according promises given. Company doesn’t endorse guarantees regarding quality, safety legality surrounding any campaign. Donors alone bear responsibilities determining tax implications regarding their contributions.
No Verification of Campaign Information: We don’t verify information provided by campaign organizers, nor guarantee Donations align with stated purposes set forth within campaigns organized. To clarify, we assume zero accountability verifying compliance under applicable laws concerning usage directed toward donations received.
Your Registration Obligations: To access particular features within our Service, you might need registration upon which you’ll provide true accurate current complete details about yourself when prompted. Our organizers must register providing real identities including names/images depicting themselves.
