Thomas Stephan Kuttner (Tom) handed away in Windsor on October 2, 2024. Tom was an exquisite man of a number of abilities. Professionally, Tom was a regulation professor on the College of New Brunswick (1979 – 2010) and on the College of Windsor (2010 – 2020). He was proud to have been a third-generation regulation professor. He was additionally a member of the labour regulation group, serving as a labour arbitrator and as a Vice-Chair of the Labour Relations Boards in Ontario and in New Brunswick over the span of a number of years. Musically inclined, Tom loved listening to music, taking part in the clarinet and studying musical scores. He was additionally an avid reader, particularly of Jewish historical past.
Personally, Tom was the loving husband of Laverne Jacobs.
