Thomas Stephan Kuttner (Tom) handed away in Windsor on October 2, 2024. Tom was an exquisite man of a number of abilities. He was proud to have been a third-generation regulation professor. He was additionally a member of the labour regulation group, serving as a labour arbitrator and as a Vice-Chair of the Labour Relations Boards in Ontario and in New Brunswick over the span of a number of years. Personally, Tom was the loving husband of Laverne Jacobs.
