Handed away peacefully on the age of 89, on February 6, 2025. Reunited together with her beloved husband of 59 years to the late James Lassaline (2023). Cherished mom of John (Debra). Proud Meme of Alexander, Andrew, Adam and Grayson. Expensive sister of Lloyd Bornais, Raymond Bornais, Vincent Bornais (late Kathy) and Rita Fata (late Tony). Predeceased by her siblings Leonard Bornais (Rosita), Mary Anne Simms (late William), Rosemary McCracken (late Lyle), Elizabeth Drouillard (Late Archie), Veronica Demarais (Leonard), Gerard Bornais, Louis Bornais (late Mary), Bernard Bornais and Elaine Bering (Joseph). Survived by brother-in-law Paul Lassaline. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and prolonged household.
Theresa and Jim married in 1964 and moved to California for higher alternatives. As they settled in California, their pricey son John was born, and Theresa devoted her time at dwelling. In 1980, the household determined to maneuver again to Canada, at which era Theresa discovered her true vocation in healthcare. She was a beacon of affection and compassion, dedicating her life to her household. Her grandchildren had been her biggest treasure. A lady of religion, Theresa discovered solace and energy in her devotion to St. Therese, the Little Flower.

Household and buddies are invited to collect straight at Good Shepherd Parish, 462 Advance Blvd, Tecumseh, on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, for the visitation from 10:00 am till the time of the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment to observe at Heavenly Relaxation Cemetery. If that’s the case desired, memorial donations could also be made to Good Shepherd Parish.
