I, Suzanne (Sue) Garneau (nee Venney), handed with religion into the ready arms of God on June 10, 2024, after an extended and joy-filled life. With loving appreciation for the valuable reward of my husband Dan, who has enriched each second of my life because the day we met, and whose fixed assist was an unimaginable blessing. I regretfully depart my beloved youngsters, Christopher (Carla), Stephanie (Patrick), and Carolyn and my superb grandchildren, Alexandre and Madeleine. Every one among you’ve gotten introduced extra pleasure to my life than you’ll be able to ever know! Please be assured that the love I’ve for every of you’ll not diminish with my passing into the subsequent life.

 

With deep love and appreciation for my prolonged household, together with my mom, Marilyn Venney, my sister, Sara Venney, my brother, Jim Venney (Alma), my sisters-in-law Gisele Warren, Jackie Jubenville (2019) (Rick), and brothers-in-law Richard (Janey), Mark (Sandy), Pete (Kelly), and Marcel Garneau, in addition to my many cherished cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

 

Predeceased by father, Lawrence Venney (2000), sister, Mary Venney (1980), mother- and father-in legislation, Gertrude (2003) and Hector Garneau (2010), and stepfathers Claude Vincent (1996) and Invoice Hoy (2022).

With honest due to my pricey mates, in addition to to the colleagues and college students who enriched my private {and professional} life with the WECDSB and Kent Catholic college board in my years as a instructor and guide.

As a life-long Catholic and lively member of Most Valuable Blood Parish, I’ve had the pleasure of creating many faith-based friendships and have obtained blessings from many fantastic clergymen over time. (Particular due to Father Greg Bonin and Father Larry Brunet).

 

You may have all had a really particular half within the fantastic journey that has been my life, and I thank every one among you from the underside of my coronary heart!

 

Sue shall be deeply missed by her household and mates. She was a proficient particular person, together with being an avid knitter, singer, sewer, artist, reader, card participant and puzzler. She took nice pleasure in spending time together with her superb grandkids. She totally loved touring the world together with her husband and household, touring each close to and much. She particularly discovered pleasure within the time she spent together with her household at Obatanga. She was a thoughtful, clever, considerate and caring particular person, and she or he was a continuing supply of unwavering love and assist for her household.

 

We regularly hear concerning the flaws in our well being system, however we are able to truthfully say that we really feel the next groups went above and past of their look after Sue: WRCC, Windsor Regional Met, LIHN, and Hospice of Windsor-Essex. Cremation has taken place. Non-public interment will happen at a later date. Visitation will happen on Sunday June sixteenth from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Windsor Chapel Funeral Residence (1700 Tecumseh Rd. East ) Visitation will proceed on Monday June seventeenth at Most Valuable Blood Church 1947 Meldrum Street, from 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m., adopted by the Mass of Resurrection from 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers please contemplate donating to the Windsor Most cancers Centre Basis and the Hospice of Windsor and Essex County Inc.
