BITONTI-Salvatore
Handed away peacefully at house together with his spouse Luisa and household by his facet in his 93rd 12 months on July 4, 2024. He will probably be deeply missed by his loving spouse Luisa (Nee Lopez) whom he shared 70 years of marriage with. Loving father to Joe (Vivian), late John (1987), and Cathy Bitonti- Ciampa. Loving and cherished Nonno to Jilly, Samantha (Richard), Jenna (Robbie), Christina (Sam), Antonio and Ariana. Expensive father-in-law to Jeanne-Marie (Stephen LaRocque).
He’s now reunited together with his loving son John who got here down and carried him into Heaven.
Salvatore was born on August 9, 1931 in San Giovanni in Fiore, Calabria, Italy to his dad and mom Giuseppe and Catarina Bitonti. He was certainly one of 13 siblings. Survived by one brother Giovanni (Rosalia) Bitonti of Italy. Expensive Brother-in-law of Agostino Lopez and spouse Gulietta. Expensive Zio to many neices and nephews in Canada and in Italy.
He left Italy in 1958 to start out a brand new life for his household right here in Windsor the place he labored for Chrysler Canada for over 25 years of service and was a member of CAW Native 444 and a member of the Giovanni Caboto Membership. He liked his household dearly, his lengthy walks, whistling, making wine, caring for his backyard, smiling, singing and dancing the night time away. We love you a lot Ninilou.
Particular due to all who cared for Salvatore particularly Dr. Yusuf Oozeer, Hospice and all of the PSW’s that cared for him in the course of the closing stage of his life. You’ll by no means be forgotten.
Visiting on the WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E (519)253-7235 on Friday, July 12, 2024 from 2 to five pm and seven to 9 pm. Prayers Friday at 4:30 pm.
Funeral Service on the Funeral Dwelling on Saturday, July 13, 2024 leaving at 9:30 am, to Our Woman of the Atonement Church for Funeral Mass at 10:00 am. Interment to observe at Heavenly Relaxation Cemetery. In lieu of flowers and In Reminiscence of Salvatore, donations to Hospice of Windsor can be appreciated by the household.
