We are sad to share that Marc Joseph Girard passed away at the age of 65 on Friday, June 27, 2025. He was a true embodiment of love and strength, always there for his family and friends. Born on February 5th, 1960, he lived a purposeful and happy life, impacting many along the way. He was preceded in death by his father Robert F (1993). He is survived by his mother Carol Anne Winters, his children Amanda (John), Jake (Charlotte), and Michael (Megan), as well as his brother Robert (Bonnie) and sister Mary Katherine (Owen). Marc was a proud Papa to Ethan, Emma, Logan, Sophia, Brynlee, Leah, and Mia. He was also an uncle to Sarah, Emma, Justin, and Samantha.
Marc appreciated the simple things in life that brought him joy. Fishing trips, enjoying a warm cup of coffee, and spending quality time with friends were among his favorite pastimes-especially with his boat family at Acali Place Marina. For over ten years at KMJ, work meant more than just a job; it was his passion and his colleagues felt like family. His incredible work ethic made him who he was-a person we all admired.
Even though he’s no longer physically with us, we carry on with the beautiful memories we’ve created together. He leaves behind values of love and integrity that will continue to inspire us all. He will be missed greatly but will always hold a place in our hearts.

A memorial visitation is scheduled for Friday, July 4th, 2025 at Windsor Chapel-South Chapel located at 3048 Dougall Ave,(519-253-7236) from 3 PM until the service begins at 4:30 PM.
