Handed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving household, on June 3, 2025, on the age of 94. Born in Windsor, Ontario, Irene was the beloved spouse of 76 years to Sylvio Trottier. Collectively, they constructed an exquisite life and shared numerous adventures. For 28 years, they traveled to hotter climates to benefit from the winter months – a convention that introduced them a lot pleasure and lasting recollections.

Cherished mom of David Trottier (Ruth), Sharon Jackson (Bob), James Trottier (Pauline), Wendy Tiede (Ian), Donna Pinsonneault (Rob), and Keith Trottier (Rita). Proud grandmother of Bradley, Cory, Jolene, John (Xinyang), Lisa (Joel), Stephanie (Jeff), Christine (Matt), Jennifer (Adam), Laura (Jason), Dana (Jason), Katie (Kyle), Adam (Johanna), Jessica (Mike), and Brian. She was additionally blessed with 15 stunning great-grandchildren. Expensive sister of Alice LeClair (Hector), Roland Levesque (Sandy), and Larry Levesque (Annette). She was predeceased by her mother and father, Parmelia (Pearl) and Lionel Levesque, and siblings Rene, George, Leonard, and Lucielle.

Irene lived life with pleasure and enthusiasm. She liked bowling, sq. dancing, tenting, and enjoying playing cards – all the time surrounded by family and friends who have been drawn to her heat and fun-loving spirit.

The household want to lengthen heartfelt because of the employees at Heron Terrace, Birdseye View, for his or her devoted care and compassion throughout Irene’s ultimate days.

Visitation will happen at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME – Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235) on Monday, June 9, 2025, from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers at 7:00 pm. Household and associates are invited to satisfy straight at St. Anne’s Church (12233 Tecumseh Rd. E.) on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, for Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Interment to comply with at St. Williams Cemetery.

In kindness, donations in reminiscence of Irene could also be made to the Windsor Most cancers Centre Basis. On-line condolences and cherished recollections could also be shared with the household at www.windsorchapel.com
