With great love and sadness, the family of Domenica Di Mambro announces her peaceful passing on November 29, 2025, at the age of 92, surrounded by her loved ones. She is now reunited with her dear husband, Stefano Di Mambro (2004), whom she missed very much.
Domenica was a dedicated mother to Carlo Di Mambro and Phil (Anita) Di Mambro, as well as a proud Nonna to Mila, Philip, and Romeo. She will be fondly remembered by her brothers Raffaele (late Suzie), Guido (Janice), Tonino (Marisa), and her beloved sisters Vincenza (late Mario) and Yolanda (late Giuseppe). She is predeceased by her brother Rosino (Antonietta) and sisters Antonietta (Bruno) and Angelina (Vasile).
Domenica’s kindness, generosity, and vibrant personality made a difference in many lives. Her absence will be felt deeply by countless nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and lifelong friends from Windsor, Toronto, Michigan, Italy, and England.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at Dolce Vita Retirement Home. A special thank you goes out to the caring team at Huron Lodge, 3rd Floor Magnolia for their exceptional support and kindness.
Her spirit of love and strength will continue in all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Family and friends are invited to Windsor Chapel Funeral Home South Chapel, 3048 Dougall Ave., 519-253-7236 for visitation on Tuesday, December 2nd from 3-5 p. m. and again from 7-9 p. m. The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, December 3rd at 11:00 a. m. in the Chapel. Entombment will follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
