Handed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving household on December 4, 2024, on the age of 57. Beloved daughter of Benedetto and Antonia Cardillo. Predeceased by her Nonno Francesco and Nonna Assunta Cardillo, and Nonno Alberico and Nonna Giovannina Covelli. Expensive niece of Maria (Alessandro) of Italy, Giovannina (Angelo) of England, Pasqualina (late Innocenzo) of Windsor, late Alessandra (late Antonio), Assunta (Angelo), and Elisabetta (Michele) all of Italy. She shall be missed by many cousins, prolonged household and buddies.
Assunta labored for a few years in Human Assets with Chrysler in Canada, Sterling Heights, Michigan and Toledo. She loved travelling, studying, watching films and her mother’s scrumptious cooking.
The household wish to thank the employees of Mercy Well being – St. Anne’s Hospital in Toledo, Ohio, for all their devoted care and compassion proven to Assunta.
Visitation will happen at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME – Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235) on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Visitation will proceed on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 9:00 am till the Chapel Service at 10:00 am. Entombment to observe at Heavenly Relaxation Cemetery.
