It’s with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Annie on July 27, 2024 at 98 years of age.
Reunited along with her beloved husband John Bendzsak.
Loving mom of Richard Bendzsak (late Helen); Peggy Kehoe (Rick); James Bendzsak (Lauren).
Dearest grandmother of the late Cory Bendzsak; Sara Bendzsak; Karrie Brenneman (Matt); Matt Bendzsak (Tammy), and Chris Bendzsak. Nice grandmother of Noah Bendzsak, Lily and Zachary Breneman, and Braiden Bendzsak.
Cherished sister of John Marcinko (Sheila), and the late Mike Marcinko (late Helen). Expensive sister in legal guidelines – late Ann Klein (late Myron); late Margaret Miller (late Morrie). Annie will likely be vastly missed by many nieces; nephews; cousins and mates.
Her household nick-named her Bionic Annie as a tribute to her power, stamina and longevity. She was a Huge fan of tennis star Roger Federer and likewise loved watching hockey and golf. Ann loved a few years bowling in a 10-pin league along with her husband John and several other of their mates. She appreciated gardening and he or she pickled cucumbers for a few years to share along with her household. Household gatherings had been her favourites…she all the time outdid herself making scrumptious meals and made certain everybody was properly fed and despatched residence with leftovers as properly.
Meals – Hen soup, perogies, cabbage rolls, doughnuts, metropolis rooster, Bobalki and kosari had been annual Xmas household favourites.
The household wish to thank the care group at Extendicare Tecumseh for his or her kindness and care whereas Annie was with them.
Visitation will likely be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Dwelling (South Chapel), 3048 Dougall Avenue (519-253-7236) on Thursday, August 1st, 2024 from 2pm-4pm & 6-8pm. The Funeral Service will happen within the Chapel on Friday, August 2nd, 2024 at 10:30am. Interment to comply with at Heavenly Relaxation Cemetery.
