Users between the ages of 13 and 17 can use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal

and agrees to be responsible for such use of the Services. Company reserves the right to refuse use of the
Services to anyone and to reject,
cancel, interrupt, remove or suspend any Campaign, Donation or the Services at any time for any reason without
liability.
Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions “Campaign Organizers” means those raising funds,
and “Campaigns” as their fundraising campaigns. Additionally, “Donors” means those contributing funds,
and “Donations” as the funds they contribute. Campaign Organizers, Donors and other visitors to the Services are referred to collectively as “Users”. The term “Campaign Organizers” shall also be deemed to include any individual(s) designated as a beneficiary of Campaigns.
Services: The Services are offered as a platform (the “Platform”) to Users of the Services. Among other features, the Services are designed to allow Campaign Organizers to post Campaigns on the Platform in order to accept Donations from Donors. Although there are no fees involved in setting up Campaigns, a portion of each Donation will incur fees for our Services along with those charged by our third party payment processors. Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue either temporarily or permanently, some parts of these Services with or without notice. You agree that Company won’t be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation thereof. The Company has no responsibility for data deletion nor does it guarantee storage for content uploaded through its services. If you access this Service via mobile devices your standard carrier charges may apply, including data rates which vary depending on your plan. Some features may not work properly due to restrictions imposed by certain carriers.
Charitable Giving: Please note that Campaigns aren’t charities where tax-deductible contributions can be made. Any Donation made via this Platform may involve processing fees deducted from total donations alongside our Front Runner Professional Fee. Understand that Company is not classified as a charity, nor do we solicit donations on behalf of ourselves or third-party charitable institutions. We simply act as facilitators for payments regarding Donations.
Administrative Platform Only: Our Service serves solely as an administrative platform only. The Company acts merely as a facilitator between Donors’ Contributions towards Campaign Organizers’ efforts, thus we’re not privy nor responsible regarding agreements formed between them both parties involved directly have full control over interactions conducted through their own channels while we disclaim all liabilities related hereof. We don’t guarantee success rates concerning different types/campaign objectives set forth. Therefore it’s up To donors themselves whether they decide going forward concerning specific contributions based off personal research conducted beforehand. Each donation remains voluntary hence assumed risk rests squarely upon contributors’ shoulders. There’s no promise given about how received funds might ultimately get utilized. Regarding taxation purposes , donors hold full responsibility ensuring compliance within respective jurisdiction’s laws if applicable.
No Verification of Campaign Information: We don’t verify information shared by organizers , hence cannot confirm if Donations align properly along defined goals outlined during fundraising activities held respectively. Responsibility concerning adherence remains entirely theirs irrespective across local regulations governing financial exchanges therein.
