Mr. Gary Alfred Couillard
October 7, 1950 – June 24, 2024
Gary handed away peacefully surrounded by his family members on June twenty fourth ,2024 on the age of 73 on the Bingham Memorial Hospital in Matheson, Ontario.He was the son of the late George Couillard and late Alma Couillard (neeHarris), born in Ottawa on October 7, 1950. He can be deeply missed by his spouse Lindsey (nee Ratcliffe), sons Jason (Carole) and Shawn (Kim), grandkids Liam, Zachary, Ryan and Olivia, by his sister Gayle (Tim) and plenty of nieces, nephews and mates. He’s predeceased by his finest looking companions, black labs Hunter and Danny who’ve been patiently ready for him. His lab, Abby, will preserve the looking custom alive with Lindsey. Gary was proud to be an Ontario Conservation Officer for 30 years, serving primarily in North Bay District, but in addition a number of different communities in Northern Ontario. After retirement from the MNR, Gary began Nighthawk Outfitters as a looking information, the place he was capable of share his ardour for the outside with individuals from throughout Ontario and america. His stewardship of our province’s sources continued by being a member of the Ontario Moose-Bear Allocation Advisory Committee, the Large Recreation Administration Advisory Committee and the Northeastern Ontario Bear Administration Affiliation. The Graveside Service can be held on the Hillcrest Cemetery in Matheson at 11 am on Saturday July 6, 2024 and a Celebration of Life will observe on the Floyd Hembruff Civic Centre (387 Hwy 11, Matheson, ON).
