Bradley Reginald Warren, who lived in Huntsville, was born on September 25th, 1957, in St. Catharines. He passed away in Huntsville on Christmas Day, 2025. His loving wife Meghan Pomeroy, who he married joyfully on July 21st, 2018, at Mc Laren Island in Georgian Bay, is heartbroken along with his parents Beverley Joan Mc Manus (Jim – predeceased) and Frederick Richard Warren (Marsha), daughters Kelly and Riley Warren and their mother Jo Ann, grandchildren Tyson and Alex, and sisters Linda Warren (Shawn Revill) and Kathy Richardson (Tom). He was also a treasured uncle to Eric Dauphin (Misty), Carissa Richardson, Juliet (Bradley) and Jacob Camus, as well as a great-uncle to Lucas and Hazel Dauphin. Brad was a beloved son-in-law to Margaret Pomeroy (Ted Duncan) and a dear brother-in-law to David Pomeroy (Hilary Sadowsky). He had many friends who will miss him dearly. Brad grew up in Fonthill and affectionately referred to it as “the hub of the universe.” During those years he walked down the hill from Damude Drive to play hockey at the outdoor rink with neighborhood friends. He attended A. K. Wigg public school before playing football at E. L. Crossley Secondary School. He took part in numerous local sports activities while getting into all sorts of fun trouble and discovered his love for being outdoors. Those formative years brought him lasting memories and friendships.

His passion for nature led him north where he studied Forestry at Sir Sandford Fleming College. After that, he started a long career with the Ministry of Natural Resources. While working there, he explored every corner of Ontario through various roles that let him enjoy everything the province offered-fighting forest fires in Northern Ontario, conducting fish census on Lake Erie, serving as a Deputy Conservation Officer in eastern Ontario, and working across many provincial parks.

Brad loved spending time at their cottage on Georgian Bay where he would add onto it with repurposed materials along with other treasures while enjoying time with friends by the dock. For Brad, the cottage was pure happiness. He had an endless thirst for life coupled with an ability to share experiences vividly. Brad thrived when guiding others through activities he loved most. Known for his adventurous spirit rather than sitting still for long periods; you could often find him out exploring new places or reconnecting with old pals or making new ones along the way. As an expert tour guide he’d happily take you around visiting the Comfort Maple or checking out wineries and antique shops in Niagara Peninsula; chasing after early morning topwater hits during bass fishing; relaxing over a cigar or drink on the dock; preparing for an eight-pointer crossing near his hunting blind; camping at Bone Lake close to Chapleau or Nakina; hunting for vintage finds at flea markets; making cabbage rolls; losing countless golf balls; chatting about motorcycles or guitars or classic cars or cooking; not forgetting pouring just the right rum-and-coke or scotch or G& T-or gin martini loaded with olives! Most importantly though was how much Brad loved being around family and friends.
We have so many funny memories filled with love about Brad that can’t be summed up here fully but anyone lucky enough to know him can recall easily his lively energy paired alongside humor-laden laughter plus strong determination too! Family bonds were vital aspects fueling his joyfulness each day spent together.
If you ever needed help-whether mechanic advice regarding real estate dealings related vehicles musical instruments antiques etc.-he always knew someone willing & ready then make connections happen without hesitation! In so many ways Brad will leave behind feelings positivity & generosity felt by everyone touched by his presence.

According to what Brad wanted himself cremation has taken place already while plans are set forth toward scattering ashes within Georgian Bay-the spot he cherished above all else throughout life! A celebration honoring his life is underway-with further details soon coming.

If you’d like instead of sending flowers please think about donating towards either Huntsville Hospital Foundation emergency department ICU (https://huntsvillehospitalfoundation. ca/donate/) OR Canadian Heart Stroke Foundation (https://www. heartandstroke. ca/donations). Additionally note: brad received organ donations previously-from Jo Ann who saved his life via kidney donation-for which we’re ever grateful now choosing tissue donation aimed research education through Trillium Gift Life Network (https://www. giftoflife. on. ca/en/). We urge everyone consider registering becoming organ tissue blood donors too-find out more register here (https://beadonor. ca/).
