Colpitts, Bette (nee Kolding)
Bette passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family’s love at the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, January 10, at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her husband and best friend Dick. Loving mother to Tim and Michael and mother-in-law to Pat and Mary. Cherished grandmother of Melissa (Majeed), Drew, Michelle, Michael, Natalie (Daniel), Caroline, and Timothy. Dear great-grandmother of Teresa, Scarlett, and Peter. She will also be missed by her cousins Ken, Gerry, Barb, and Anna. Tim and Pat want to thank everyone who supported Bette and us: her beloved condo neighbors; her friends from St Andrews; her friends and the staff at Tranquility Place where she was truly happy; as well as the relatives and friends who visited or reached out to Bette during her last months of many changes. Family and friends are invited for a memorial visitation at the Mc Cleister Funeral Home, 495 Park Road North, Brantford on Sunday, January 18, 2026 from 2:00 – 4:00 p. m.
