Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions “Campaign Organizers” refers to those raising funds, and “Campaigns” describes their fundraising campaigns. Additionally, “Donors” means those contributing funds, with “Donations” being what they contribute. Campaign Organizers, Donors, along with other visitors using our Services are collectively called “Users”. The term “Campaign Organizers” also includes individuals designated as beneficiaries for Campaigns.
Services: Our Services provide a platform (the “Platform”) available to Users. Among various features, these Services enable Campaign Organizers to post Campaigns on this Platform in order to accept Donations from Donors. Although there are no fees required for setting up Campaigns, a portion of each Donation will incur fees related to our services as well as those from third-party payment processors. The Company retains rights to alter or cease providing our services temporarily or permanently without prior notice. You agree that we won’t be liable for any modifications, suspensions or discontinuances made. The Company holds no responsibility regarding deletion or failure in storing data uploaded by users on our services. If you access our services through mobile devices, standard charges, data rates may apply based on your wireless service carrier’s policies. Moreover, downloading certain services could face restrictions depending on your carrier’s support – not all features work seamlessly across every device too. By utilizing these services you accept that we may contact you about our company via SMS, MMS text messages sent directly onto your mobile device while also sharing usage details back with us regarding how you’re engaging with them.
Charitable Giving: Please note that Campaigns aren’t classified as charities eligible for tax-deductible contributions.
