The Canadian Premier League staff introduced Thursday it has acquired a licence to compete within the League1 Ontario males’s Championship Division, the second tier of the semi-pro league which can also be house to the Toronto FC academy facet.

Beginning subsequent season, York United FC Academy will characteristic novice under-20 gamers plus a most of three home under-23 gamers at anybody time. The brand new staff will even be allowed to herald a most of three gamers from the CPL membership on short-term loans.
