Lastly arrested in 2020 after hiding out within the Dominican Republic, the prolific fraudster was convicted and sentenced in a Barrie courtroom.

In a ruling launched this month by the Parole Board of Canada, the 66-year-old has been ordered to “safe and keep gainful employment” so he can begin paying again his victims. If he does not, he may face a seven-year sentence.
