Lanark County OPP say they have been referred to as to the scene in Perth, Ont., on Oct. 25 the place they discovered one teen lifeless, and one other was arrested at a close-by dwelling.
They are saying a 16-year-old was initially charged with second-degree homicide, however the cost has since been upgraded to first-degree homicide.
