Two students were stabbed and robbed at a bus stop in Toronto, resulting in charges against five teenagers, including a 12 and a 15 year old from Oakville, according to police.

The incident occurred on Monday just before 2 p. m. in the area of Guildwood Parkway and Livingston Road, as reported by the Toronto Police Service.

While waiting at the bus stop, two male students aged 15 were confronted by a group of five teenagers, investigators stated.

The suspects then surrounded the victims and attacked them while demanding their cellphones and wallets.

During the robbery, both boys were stabbed but fortunately sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities have identified and arrested five individuals who now face multiple charges.

According to Toronto police, two teens aged 12 and 15 from Oakville, along with three others between 13 and 15 years old have been charged with two counts each of robbery with an offensive weapon and assault causing bodily harm, plus one count of possessing a weapon dangerous to public peace.

The accused are set to appear in court in Toronto on June 27.

The identities of those involved cannot be disclosed under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
