This new Stormwater Payment is a direct results of Oakville Council’s irresponsible over improvement and the flooding that can consequence from regular storms, not to mention greater storms. It’s fully misrepresented by all authorities to cover the infill battle and authorities developer handouts.

Storm water settling ponds, a weak resolution, are undersized and too few. And the overflow runoff depends on just a few creeks like Joshua’s Creek which have fully misplaced their watershed pure management mechanisms. It’s Joshua’s Creek that can carry hidden poisonous industrial dumps to Lake Ontario.
So now we react with fabricated logic to free council/authorities of its gross by-law modifications appeasing improvement with 25-foot heaps, triplexes, no timber or inexperienced area and 90% land protection with asphalt, roofs, sidewalks, and so on.
And we get unpleasant communities utilizing “stick-built” housing barely inside minimal development requirements. Nobody talks in regards to the elevated fireplace hazards coming from housing density.
