York Regional Police say they have been contacted by the York Youngsters’s Assist Society a couple of baby who had been taken to a hospital in Toronto on Jan. 15.
They are saying the child had “vital accidents” that might not be defined by the mother and father.
The toddler died three days later.
Police say the child’s father, 30, was charged with second-degree homicide on Oct. 23.
