Eggstatic, a restaurant that specializes in breakfast with unique spins on traditional dishes, is excited to announce the opening of a new location in Oakville at 2055 Winston Park Drive.
The new spot is set to open on Saturday, September 27, as confirmed by a company representative. Diners can look forward to the same creative breakfast menu that has helped Eggstatic grow its presence throughout Ontario. The Oakville branch follows the recent opening in London, which launched earlier this month.
Started by Chef Faris, Eggstatic began as a small idea aimed at transforming breakfast through inventive flavor combinations and fresh ingredients. It has gradually expanded across the province, with existing locations in Toronto, Mississauga, Ajax, Scarborough, Kingston, Hamilton, and now London. The Oakville launch will be the company’s eighth restaurant.
A spokesperson for Eggstatic informed What Now Media Group that this is just the start for the brand; they also plan to open additional locations in Montreal and Ottawa. Future openings are also planned for Waterloo, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Barrie, and Downtown Toronto.
Situated in the Winston Park area, the new eatery will cater to both residential and business customers looking for accessible and quick breakfast or brunch options. Eggstatic’s concept appeals to weekday commuters as well as weekend guests searching for quality morning meals.
The menu features a wide range of breakfast staples with modern updates including shakshouka, breakfast poutines, fusion omelets, and stuffed French toast. There are also vegetarian choices and special drinks available.
Chef Faris stays actively involved in curating the menu and guiding brand development to maintain consistency across all locations. As it continues to expand, Eggstatic aims to establish itself as a key player in Ontario’s competitive breakfast market.
