Peel Regional Police say one of many suspects lured a male sufferer to satisfy them in a parking zone close to Goreway Drive and Queen Avenue East.
Police allege that two others attacked the sufferer from behind, and he was choked and punched a number of instances till he grew to become unconscious.
They are saying that when the sufferer regained consciousness, he discovered his cellphone, pockets and automobile had been stolen, and he was dropped at a hospital for therapy associated to the assault.
Police say they made a “high-risk automobile cease” close to Kennedy Highway and Twistleton Avenue in Caledon, Ont., after the suspects travelled within the stolen automobile and picked up a fourth suspect on their method.
Police say they recovered the sufferer’s property and all 4 suspects have been held pending bail hearings on the Ontario Courtroom of Justice in Brampton.
A 13-year-old lady from Kitchener, Ont., is dealing with a possession of stolen property cost, and a 14-year-old lady from London, Ont., has been charged with theft and possession of stolen property.
Two boys from Brampton, aged 16 and 17, are dealing with charges of theft, carrying a disguise with intent and possession of stolen property.
The youths can’t be recognized beneath the Youth Prison Justice Act.
Police say one of many youths was needed on an excellent warrant and one other was out on a type of judicial launch.
They are saying they’re nonetheless investigating they usually anticipate extra charges will likely be laid within the case.
