OPP say a 29-year-old man who was beforehand charged by Toronto police is going through extra charges of tried homicide, armed theft and possession of prohibited firearms.
OPP say officers had been referred to as early on Nov. 26 to Freeway 401 in Mississauga for stories that an armed man who shot at greater than 10 passing automobiles had fled the realm in a stolen car.
The subsequent night, Toronto police had been referred to as to stories of a violent carjacking close to Dundas and River Streets.
Police allege an armed man strolling within the street shot at two autos, injuring one of many drivers, and unsuccessfully tried to open the doorways of a number of others earlier than he fled in a stolen car.
Toronto police say the person was later arrested in a car parking zone, and he now faces some 18 charges, together with 4 counts of tried homicide and 6 counts of armed theft.
