A windsurfer was rescued from icy chilly Lake Ontario in Mississauga on Monday.

The particular person went out on the water in a drysuit close to Jack Darling Memorial Park Monday afternoon, a Mississauga Fireplace and Emergency Companies spokesperson instructed INsauga.com.

“He was tethered to the board and he had a drysuit on but he was bobbing up and down about 400 metres south (from the shore),” the spokesperson stated.
