Underneath robust cross-examination from defence lawyer Nathan Gorham on the London courthouse on Wednesday, Rachel Johnson, 21, was requested a variety of instances why there was a delay in calling 911 after she and others discovered sufferer Josue Silva mendacity on the bottom with a gunshot wound.

After a police investigation, Emily Altmann, 22, recognized in courtroom as one of many partygoers and Carlos Guerra Guerra, 23, can be charged with second degree homicide and assault inflicting bodily hurt. Every of them has plead not responsible.
Later below re-examination Johnson stated that she was informed by the Crown to be truthful whereas on the stand, and that she has been.
